Retained Search : Traditionally used by employers seeking key or Executive level personnel. Clients pay for services on a monthly basis within a pre-defined budget.

Contract Placement : While consultants are on long-term assignments, clients pay for services twice each month. These candidates are on the Atwater Consulting, Inc. payroll.

Hourly Placement : Our most cost-effective service. Clients compensate us by the hour for our efforts in the placement process. We guarantee a discount and budget in this approach

Due Diligence : Clients pay us by the hour for reference checking, and set fees are paid for financial and criminal background investigations.

Interviewing : We attend candidate interviews with our clients upon request, and we consult with the client on interviewing techniques and styles. These services are billable by the hour.

Contract Recruiter Services : We provide a Recruiter or Recruiters to clients for a specific period of time to complete a large project. Typically, this service is provided for employers who are seeking significant numbers of personnel with a specific time period, or they need the same skill set for multiple positions on an on-going basis. Recruiters are on the Atwater Consulting, Inc. payroll, but they may be based at the client location. Clients compensate us twice each month within a pre-defined budget.

Consulting Services : Development of recruiting policies, staffing procedures, and e-commerce for attracting personnel. Clients compensate us by the project or by the hour, dependent upon the nature of the assignment.

Outplacement Services : When clients have the need to reduce workforce, offer early retirement, or restructure the business, we prepare, counsel, and provide marketing assistance and financial guidance. Clients compensate us twice each month within a pre-defined budget (plus certain reimbursable expenses).

Criminal Background Investigations : We provide federal and state criminal background investigations and credit check on candidates based upon a reasonable fee schedule (dependent on the location(s) and depth of the investigation).

We are motivated by many things, but repeat and referral business clients have encouraged us to offer services based upon their needs, not ours. Our services are broad, but they are specifically in touch with the needs of each individual client on each individual assignment.
